Damian Garcia became an attorney through an unusual route. He has served his nation as both a Sailor (USN 2001-2005) and as a Federal Employee for 12 years (2006-2018). Damian earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Regent University School of Government (2009-2012) and his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law (2014-2017). This service coupled with his education led him to the Edge Law, P.C. team. Damian’s areas of focus are in Family Law and Criminal Defense. As the son of divorced parents, Damian has experience with how divorce and custody matters can affect the whole family. This includes post-divorce matters related to child custody, visitation (parenting time) and support.
